Diagnostic characters
Pronotum with suprahumeral horns present or absent; posterior process curving dorsally or straight at base, not appressed against scutellum, extending significantly past m-cu3 crossvein of forewing. Forewing with vein R1 not perpendicular to marginal vein. Metathoracic tibial row II with single row of cucullate setae. Male style clasp oriented laterally, membranous, elliptical or circular, with preapical ventral extension.
